Sheffield Place provides supportive housing and treatment services to homeless mothers and their children. Services include case management, individual and family therapy, group therapy, supportive transitional and permanent housing. Aftercare is provided and includes therapy, groups, and case management. Sheffield Place is certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health as intensive outpatient recovery support and prevention programs.
